Temporary deactivation
Temporary deactivation and reactivation:

All active prepaid and postpaid WiMAX user may request for temporary deactivation of their WiMAX service.
 
1. In case of prepaid users, when the service is temporarily deactivated, the number of days that the service has been deactivated will be added to the end of the user's cycle. For instance, if the user's plan is going to finish on the 23rd, and the user has deactivated his/her account for 5 days, the plan will finish on the 28th.

2. In case of postpaid users, when the service is temporarily deactivate, the costs pertaining to the days that the service was deactivated will be added into his/her account at the end of the cycle.
 
 
Important notes:
 
- The deactivation may be done for a minimum of 15 days and maximum of 60 days. So if a user requests for a temporary deactivation before 15 days as of the beginning of the plan, the cost pertaining to the days that the postpaid account has been deactivated or the number of day that the prepaid account has been deactivated will NOT be returned.
 
Also note that, in case of failure to request for reactivation, the service will be reactivated after 60 days by default and the cost pertaining to the days that the postpaid account has been deactivated or the number of day that the prepaid account has been deactivated will be returned into the user's account.
 
You may ask for temporary deactivation and reactivation through either of the following channels:

1. Calling Irancell Call Center; or
2. e-Care.
 
Each Irancell WiMAX user is allowed to request for temporary deactivation only twice a year. Please remember that the interval of requests for the temporary deactivation shall be at least 180 days.

If the out of bundle tariff users request for temporary deactivation, no amount will be refunded to their account after the reactivation.
