Since Irancell plans and investments for computer games are going to be implemented, a series of pre-event meetings for the 4th Iranian Independent Gamers Festival were held on 09 July 2019 in Irancell headquarters. In the first meeting, gamers and those interested in games industry, shared experiences and learned from the companies that worked extensively in this area.
In the first training course and empowerment program during the pre-event meetings for the 4th Iranian Independent Gamers Festival, Hamid Tooba, the product manager of “Quiz of Kings” game, and Saeed Rasoolof, managing director of “Charkhoneh”, shared their experiences.
In the first day of pre-event meetings for the 4th Iranian Independent Gamers Festival, a panel consisting of Hamzeh Azad, the Secretary of Iranian Independent Gamers Festival, Amirhossein Nateghi, the developer of “Quiz of Kings” game, Hamid Abdollahi, the developer of “Amirza” game, Ali Nadalizadeh, the developer of “PerCity” and “Fruit Craft” games, Vahab Ahmadvand, the project manager of “Yara Mobile” Company, and Mohsen Taskhiri, the Managing Director of “Narin” Company discussed about the significance, challenges, and factors of success in “Game Design” with the aim of sharing experiences.
“Irancell Game Academy” is established to improve the relationship between Irancell and game developers and to support gamers in order to enable quality and quantity growth as well as product commercialization by providing necessary infrastructures and trainings this academy is part of a larger project by Irancell called “Geek”.
Irancell supports mobile application developers through “Geek” project by providing technical and marketing facilities including exclusive advertising space, practical APIs, dedicated M-Wallets for applications, possibility to send notifications to all users, private forums for discussion and answering technical questions, online analysis of application data, free space for application development and file storage, and latest news on digital technology industry as well as introduction of the latest applications and games.
